How we made it
For the third Vater & Sohn blend of its kind all our blending varieties joined forces: Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Silvaner and Riesling. Everything pressed straight away despite the Silvaner which was on the skins half way through fermentation – a salty, creamy contribution to the light and floral blend composed by father and son.
