How we made it
One of the few vineyards we actually own is situated in Rödelsee, 15 minutes away from the winery. It’s in the middle section of the hill (called Schwanberg) with a gentle slope and an extraordinary soil.
The bunches were destemmed and the grapes fermented for 5 days before being pressed and put into a stainless steel tank and a barrel. After 18 months the batches were racked and blended before being bottled in March 2021.
