How we made it
Two vineyards just outside of our town delivered the grapes for this Müller-Thurgau blend. It was a tough vintage for the early varieties and the grapes had to be selected very carefully to not get too much and particularly the wrong kind of rot in the buckets. The grapes were stomped, pressed, sedimented and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Both wines were racked and blended two days before bottling, roughly filtered and bottled with the addition of 2mg/l SO2.
