
How we made it
A 50/50 blend of two Silvaner batches from Volkach and Repperndorf. Both harvested in the beginning of September 2018, both were destemmed, had a night of skin contact before getting pressed and fermented in stainless steel before being racked, roughly filtered and blended. Bottled with the addition of 10 mg/l SO2.
